The 110 m² forest house, not visible from the street, is surrounded by a beautiful 3,200 m² property that is half forest, half park. Hiking, climbing, skiing and then relaxing in style with every comfort. Drive up the driveway and park right in front of the house. The space Through the front door, you will find the very large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and 2 armchairs on the right. The next room is a bathroom with a bathtub, a large sink for 2, the toilet and the washing machine. Kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. The bedroom with a 190 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe has a small toilet with a sink. A few steps further is the living room with a tiled stove, another dining table and a cozy lounge corner. From here you can go to the terrace with the wonderful view of the Schneeberg. Again a few steps back to the staircase, which leads to a beautiful bright lounge with a workplace, couch (also for sleeping) and TV. Guest access Except for a locked room, the whole house is at your disposal. In the garden there is a bathhouse, which is currently being renovated. Please do not enter, as it is not secured. Other things to note Many windows are equipped with insect screens. Please make sure to only open these, then you are safe from unloved guests. There are electric radiators in all rooms, which make it very warm very quickly - the more sustainable and cozy method of heating is provided by the tiled stove - firelighters, chipboard, logs are sufficiently available.
