The 4th room currently has a large couch and tv, with Study nook. If you are booking for 8 guests this room is transformed into a beautiful queen size sleeper. Every room has view of the garden and the main bedroom boasts views of the Table Mountain range The perfect spot for entertainment: The open plan kitchen (with all of the latest amenities and large island) flows directly to the dining room and into the slow lounge for the perfect afternoon nap. Open the retractable glass doors to bring the outdoors in and relax on the loungers while tanning by the pool. For those BBQ lovers, there is an indoor/outdoor fire place and comfort area, perfectly accompanied by a glass of red wine from the nearby Farms. Constantia Village is 5minutes away where you could find Woolworths, Pick n Pay and restaurants. High Constantia Village is less than a minute drive away - enjoy delicious coffee from Chardonnay Deli, then walk across to Old Town Italy for the most incredible Pizza Pasta. FINALLY, there is a 1-bedroom with en-Suite bathroom guest cottage at the back of the house. If you would like to rent this out for your stay it will be an additional R1,850 per night. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. There is a cottage on the property which normally has a long term tenant but you are welcome to check if it is available if you need to extra room. The cottage has its own entrance and is completely separate to the house
