The space Newly converted block of flats, so very modern building with great West looking views of sunset from the 9th floor, where flat is located. Building has concierge Mon-Fri 9-5 and is fully secured by a fob system. 6 min walk to New Malden train station and trains running every 5-15 min, also as late as 2 AM on Saturdays. Otherwise, via Uber at night takes 15 min from Clapham Junction so very easy to get home even after a night out out. Guest access You will be given your entrance fob and keys. Access to the entire flat and balcony, except the smaller bedroom, which is currently used as storage. During your stay You will be introduced to your hosts called Marco & Maria. They will be available via phone and any messaging platform. Other things to note The smaller bedroom and 2nd bathroom will be used by Marco, who is very easygoing and will respect your choice on whether you want to have full privacy and little interaction or enjoy a meal or drink together.
