The space The unit has 1300 square-feet on two floors with private outdoor space, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, full bath (upstairs) and commode (downstairs), A/C, all appliances, ample closet space and an infrared sauna. The setup is for 1BR but there is also a private sleeping area for guests or roommates. A rare NYC indoor/outdoor living space in the Clinton Hill-Prospect Heights neighborhoods, abutting Ft. Greene and Bedford Stuyvesant. The 8-unit building is on a beautiful tree-lined Brownstone block and next door to a community garden. The surrounding neighborhoods offer plenty of dining, cafe music and park activities within walking distance. A secluded, quiet living environment that is hard to find in NYC. Guest access Guests have the entire unit and outdoor space to themselves. Other things to note This is my personal residence and I rent it out when I travel. It is always rented as an entire unit, which guests have to themselves. It is not rented as a hotel room, and will have some of my personal possessions and touches. I look for tenants who will respect the environment while also making themselves completely comfortable.
