The living room, with an open kitchen and central island, is perfect for cooking and relaxing, with direct access to a long balcony. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with a particularly spacious shower. In the living room there are two low armchairs, suitable for children or teenagers (not for adults). In case of use by children or young people, there is a surcharge of €15 per night for each guest, to be paid to the property at the time of booking.
