Four minutes from the Covered Bridge! Located on the outskirts of Springtown. Only about 35 minutes from the Lyndon B Johnson Grasslands! Attractions nearby include lakes, zoo, botanical gardens, many restaurants. This is rural Texas, the internet works but we are not responsible for outages or slow speeds. Not childproof. The space Beautiful, large backyard with patio and spa. Private driveway. Beautiful, spacious home. Guest access Entire home access with spacious back yard. Keyless entry. Self check in. Other things to note Keurig with k cups also tea bags and pot. No parties please. House rules are posted in the house by the door. Please load and run the dishwasher and take out the trash. Please pick up crumbs to help avoid ants and such. There are cleaning supplies in the closet to the right in the hall. Concrete floors are slippery when wet. Please be sure to lock all windows and doors upon exit. Please note that all the all scraps, eggs shells, bones, food, etc. are to be scraped into the trash not put down the garbabge disposal or sink. Failure to do so might result in an extra fee to have the disposal cleaned. Thank you!
