This large luxury home has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, alfresco entertaining area equipped with Apple TV + Netflix, & private enclosed Alice in Wonderland inspired court yard with oversized chest set & decking under a gorgeously illuminated tree. The 5th bedroom can be fully self contained with a complete kitchen making it easy for larger families seeking a bit more privacy or space to share the cooking. The space We are travelers ourselves and know how are it can be to bring everything with you on vacation. The Gilmerton House really does have everything you need to enjoy Perth and it's amazing weather. We have stocked the house with many fun things to do to keep the family occupied; pool toys and rafts, snorkels and sun shade for the beach, outdoor croquet game, out door TV, out door large chess set, sun bathing chairs, board games and cards for inside, and a big screen tv with Disney plus in the kids room. Please do ask us when you are in house if you would like to use this service and are unfamiliar with how to access it. If you like to cook and would rather stay in then venture out the Gilmerton House would appease any chef. There is BBQ, two ovens, cutting boards, spices, cook books, wine decanter, butchers knife block, pots and pans set with steamer, full set of cutlery and dish ware, baking and cake trays, toaster, ice maker, and more. If are ideal vacation has a bit more a slower pace relax in the large soaking tub, read one of the many books or travel magazines left for your enjoyment, or just snuggle up with a soft blanket and watch a movie. * The house will sleep 10 adults in beds, however we also a port a cot for infants. Guest access This entire house is yours to enjoy. You have access to all five rooms, and both the Balinese back yard with pool and the front garden. Other things to note This is a lovely residential neighborhood so please be respectful of them by not making noise outside after 10 pm, it is also a City of Joondalup ordinance there be no noise outside after 10 pm. The house is a peaceful place for families and travellers to gather. Not a house for groups to become highly intoxicated and disturb the neighbours. We have very strict anti party rules. Due to past problems we have had to adopt a zero tolerance policy for rule all violations. We do not allow parties or events or noise outside past 10pm.
