Quiet horse / ranch property; private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is perfect for traveling nurses, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are six miles of bridle paths within "The Ranch" and connecting to hundreds of acres of riding, mountain biking and hiking trails throughout Wildwood Park, and Santa Rosa Canyon. The scenic trails include diverse terrain with volcanic rock, the Conejo Arroyo which is home to Paradise Falls - a seventy foot waterfall, native-american caves and beauty everywhere you look. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire top level of the property, bocci ball court, putting green, greenhouse and wine-tasting patio with fire pit. There are steps to get to the top - note that staying here is not for the faint of heart! Parking is on the street in front of the private residence Other things to note There is a smart Internet TV in the unit for your enjoyment, however there is NO CABLE TV...it's internet based so - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
