You'll be close to places famous for their cuisine, elevators such as El Peral and Reina Victoria, Paseo Yugoslavo, Gervasoni and more. The room has a 2-seater bed and a shared bathroom. In case of 3 guests, a sofa bed is enabled. Guest access The house is spacious and has a kitchen, a sunny patio and a living room. When entering the house there is a hall in which we set up a small screen printing and art shop Other things to note Our house has 5 guest rooms, 1 tattoo room, an equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 1 meeting room run by the administrative team, a central light patio, an entrance hall with an art shop run by one of the administrators. Access by stairs. Dining room with lunch sales on some days of the week between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Store hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
