Your family will enjoy convenient access to all Sugarloaf offers when you stay at this tastefully decorated, two bedroom, two bath condo. Situated near the Snubber Trail it offers exceptional opportunities for skiing and cross-country skiing. The area also features an array of activities, including hiking and walking trails, golfing, tennis, biking, and more. Guests of Snowbrook can take advantage of shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tubs available during the winter season. The space The condo is located on the ground level and is an end unit, featuring an open-concept living and kitchen area, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, comprising a full-sized mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top, accommodating up to three guests. This room also includes a television and DVD player, so remember to bring your favorite movies! Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom that includes a shower/tub combination and a washer/dryer. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, cable television, and its own private bathroom. The living room exudes a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes, complemented by a gas fireplace. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, and a Smart TV for streaming your preferred content. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, toaster, stove/oven, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. A full-sized refrigerator is also available for storing your provisions. Ample closet and bureau space is provided for your clothing storage; however, please respect the locked closet, as it contains the owners' personal belongings. Guest access You will have access to the whole condo! There is a locked closet with homeowners belongings, please do not tamper with this. Under the amenities section you will see there is resort access- this applies to the pool house, which is available to all Snowbrook Village guests! Please be aware the schedule may change due to COVID restrictions and to check prior to your trip. You can also enjoy the lounge area and game room upstairs of the pool house. There are hot tubs available during the ski season. The tennis courts are also a perk for summer time! This court is only for Snowbrook guests as well. Additional resort activities outside of Snowbrook Village will cost you a fee (lift tickets, etc) Other things to note We work really hard to make sure you have a good experience while vacationing at one of our properties. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
