The space The apartment is the 1st floor unit of an up-and-down duplex. A total of 26 steps lead from the on-street parking out front to the porch and front door, and a walkway leading to the private back patio/deck. Open floor plan living space, with smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The large primary bedroom also opens out to the back patio/deck. The full bath has a shower/tub combo. Guest access You have access to the entire 1st floor apartment, inside and out: living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, both bathrooms, in-unit laundry room, front porch and side walkway, and back patio with private grill and hot tub. On-street parking is available in front of the property. Please avoid the brick path leading to the upper deck and parking pad as these are reserved for the upstairs rental unit.
