The space Guests are allowed to use the entire house except for private closet (located in master bedroom), as well as the garage and art studio. Music studio and equipment (DJ booth, sound system) may be used for an extra charge and need to be discussed and requested prior to guests check in date. The “chapel of divine wisdom” is open for guests to use as meditation, prayer, yoga, blessings, healing, private massages or workout space. For any type of gathering or dinner/ceremonies you MUST inform us in advance to discuss the possibilities and availability. Guest access Guests have the house to 90% of the house except the master bedroom closet, covered garage, art studio or, for safety reasons, the rocky area down or up the hill around the house. Other things to note Absolutely NO “COMMERCIAL” FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS ALLOWED anywhere inside the house or property line. If you intend to use the house as “location” for your film, video, photo-shoot or any promotional means you must ask permission, get a written consent from the property owners and pay a fee. By law we have the right to take the necessary measures against the distribution of any content created at the house for commercial or promotional purposes without proper consent so please discuss it with us first. Posting photos on social media is ok as long as it is not to promote a name, brand, company or any entity that could generate lucrative means of any kind. We do allow professional photos to be taken however photographers/videographers cannot use the photos on their website to promote their work, clients or guests cannot use them for commercial purposes. We like to keep our property unique, special and exclusive and that’s why we are strict with those policies- hope you appreciate and understand. On smaller matters now… Septic tank, wipes cannot be flushed or pump will break. Electric blinds with remote control are not to be touched or used manually. We encourage doors and windows to be kept shut to avoid desert creatures like snakes, tarantulas, scorpions, etc, to crawl in while doors or windows are unattended- the house is propped out from the side of the mountain so we are in close proximity with nature. If you have pets you MUST let us know so we can provide you with the pet regulations. There’s a $100 pet fee, excluding emotional support animals. We do however have an extra $20 per pet/day cleaning fee is required, including ESA pets. The cleaning company we hire charges extra to clean homes that had pets so we need to add that to your extra charges and it will also be sent to you prior to your check in day. If you refrain from informing us of your pet, even if the pet is an emotional animal, we will keep your deposit to be used towards the pet fees. If you have questions please let us know.
