Spacious, recently renovated vacation home (2022) located in Medina de Pomar. The house is on a 3,000 m2 estate ideal for enjoying and sharing a few days of rest with family and/or friends in contact with nature. It has several rooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The space The house has an excellent location where you can enjoy privacy and silence in any environment. The enclosure is surrounded by a live hedge of Leyland cypress throughout the perimeter of the estate. The 60 m2 private pool is one of the most attractive and peaceful places on the property, surrounded by a garden and with sun loungers available. The pool has a telescopic cover with UV treatment and can be opened for sunbathing. Please note that playing ball is not permitted on the property. Users are committed to keeping the house clean. We offer the possibility of requesting this service with "prior notice" for an additional charge of €10/hour.
