Charming atypical studio – Monein center

Welcome to this small 18 m² cocoon located in a quiet and pleasant environment. Ideal for a single person or couple, it offers a warm atmosphere. It has a well-appointed living area with a kitchenette and an attic mezzanine with a double bed. The ceiling height is low, which creates a cozy atmosphere, but may not be suitable for everyone. The real plus: a large private courtyard, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors! The space The studio was recently refurbished. It is compact but well arranged. The real asset of this studio: its large private flowered courtyard that will allow you to enjoy a quiet exterior for your meals and your moments of relaxation. We can accommodate up to 3 people including 1 child (bed 160*200 in the mezzanine and sofa bed 120*200), but we specify that the space is limited. We inform you that the mezzanine may not be suitable for everyone due to its limited height, although it has a part that allows you to stand. we chose to install a staircase rather than a ladder for safety, you have to be careful of your head when climbing. The studio offers the following amenities: - fitted and fully equipped kitchen - lounge area with sofa bed - equipped dining area - attic mezzanine with a 160*200 bed - outdoor table and chairs in the private paved courtyard - garden furniture - bathroom with large shower We'll provide you with upon your arrival: - Tea, coffee, sugar - Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper - baby equipment (upon request) - sheets, towels and tea towels We prepare the bed and put towels and tea towels at your disposal. If you wish, we will give you our recommendations to meet local producers and taste their delicious products (Jurançon, cheeses, etc.). We will also tell you about local activities based on your wishes. Guest access The studio is located in the heart of the city of Monein. All shops are within walking distance (supermarket, butcher, baker, bars and restaurant, cinema). It is located at 9 rue du Moulin. It is adjacent to our house, which is located on the left down the street, at the speed bump. The house is easily recognizable with its 2 oaks and its vineyard. The studio and courtyard are independent of our house and are dedicated to you for the duration of your stay.
