This is a small modern 2bed/2.5 bath home (900 sq ft) that can sleep 4. You will have your own driveway and private backyard with a small deck! This place is perfect for small families, couples, solo adventures and business travelers. It has two bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa downstairs. It is conveniently located near Downtown, Domain, Mueller and other major attractions. Easy access to major highways, restaurants, grocery store, and public transportation (Crestview Rail Station). Other things to note: There will be a $350 fine for breaking the following house rules : 1) No drugs or smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance. 3) No events or parties. 4) No unauthorized guest without our approval. 5) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 6) Please see the check-in instructions that will be emailed to you in a few days before your stay. 7) You are allowed to store things in the garage and use the laundry machines. 8) This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a respectful level when enjoying the backyard. 9) We do have a ring doorbell and a spotlight cam for the driveway. These are the only cameras on property. 10) We’re available throughout your stay. The best way to get ahold of me for non-urgent needs is by sending us a message on the Airbnb platform. 11) Trash day is Thursday morning.
