Ulivo is the ground floor apartment of the Lindhouse. It has a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need for your vacation. From the kitchen, you can access a private courtyard reserved for the apartment, sheltered by the large olive tree of the house. In addition, breakfast is included for all guests. As soon as you enter, you will find the main room of the house with the equipped kitchen, which is also ideal for extended stays, a table, a sofa and the ducted pellet stove that is the apartment's heating source. The kitchen opens onto a small, cozy courtyard, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunny days and have a hearty breakfast. In the kitchen, you will find the coffee machine with pods and herbal teas, which are always available free of charge. Warm and cozy in winter, cool in summer, the bedroom is simple but extremely comfortable. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a window overlooking the garden, and a comfortable double bed. Lights and candles create the right atmosphere for your relaxing vacation. 》For those who love cycling Lindhouse is an ideal base for exploring the Roero on two wheels. From here, you can set off directly towards secondary roads, trails, and scenic routes through vineyards, villages, and hills. Andrea, a big bike enthusiast, will be happy to recommend the most beautiful routes based on your level and the type of experience you are looking for: a leisurely ride through the villages, a more athletic ride, or an outdoor day with a picnic break. Our breakfast picnic basket contains a selection of local products and homemade cakes for you, so take what you want. We chose the healthiest and most environmentally friendly ingredients we could find. If you like, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast outdoors in the garden, weather permitting. When you're done, simply leave the basket outside our door along with any empty jars or leftover food, so we can fill it with goodies for the next day. HOT TUB 》The Ulivo apartment has exclusive use of the HOT TUB (Jacuzzi). In spring and autumn, you can heat the water with the wood-burning stove to enjoy the sunset while sipping a good glass of wine. The first use of the tub with hot water is included in the price. After each use, the cost is €25. IN SUMMER, when it is not necessary to heat it, THE HOT TUB is FREE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE Guest access You can park your car in the parking lot just outside the gate. Parking is reserved for our guests. Other things to note I'll be there to greet you.
