Ulivo is Lindhouse's ground floor apartment. It has a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need for your vacation. From the kitchen, you can access a private courtyard reserved for the apartment, sheltered from the large olive tree of the house. Breakfast is also included for all guests. The entrance is on the ground floor with a bright window door. As soon as you enter, you will find the main room of the house with the equipped kitchen, also ideal for extended stays, the table, a sofa and the piped pellet stove that is the heating source of the apartment. The kitchen opens to a cozy little courtyard, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunny days and have a rich breakfast. In the kitchen you will find, always available for free, the coffee machine with pods and herbal teas. Warm and cozy in winter, cool in summer, the bedroom is simple but extremely comfortable. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a window overlooking the garden, and a comfortable double bed. Lights and candles create the right atmosphere for your relaxing vacation. 》BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE let me know if you want a price without breakfast! Every morning you'll find a picnic basket outside the door with breakfast. Our breakfast picnic basket contains a selection of local products and homemade cakes for you, so take what you want. We chose the healthiest and most eco-friendly ingredients we found. If you like it, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast outdoors in the garden, time allowing. When you're done, simply leave the trash can outside our door along with any empty jars or advanced food, so we can fill it with treats for the next day. HOT TUB 》The Ulivo apartment has the exclusive use of the JACUZZI (Jacuzzi). In spring and autumn you can heat the water with the wood-burning stove to enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine. The first use of the bathtub with hot water and included in the price. After each use, the fee is €25. IN summer, when you don 'T need TO heat IT, the hot tub IS free and always available Guest access You can park your car in the parking lot just outside the gate. Parking is reserved for our guests.
