Cozy 4BR House in Heart of Rockaway Beach w/ Views

The Coral Street Retreat beach house is centrally located right in the heart of Rockaway Beach, just two blocks off Highway 101, and a few minutes walk to multiple great beach access locations. You are within a 5 minute walk to all the wonderful things Rockaway has to offer. Whether you want to stay in, or explore the Oregon coast, this is the ideal space to do both! The space The home is situated next to a public park and resides on a relatively quiet street. We have a great outdoor space with a cozy fire pit and ample seating as well as a second floor deck with a view. On the first floor, you'll have full access to three bedrooms and a full bath. The 4th bedroom (the bunk house) is attached to the home, but access is from the outdoor patio. Guests will need to walk a few feet outside to access the bunkhouse. This space is PERFECT for older kids, teenagers, or adults needing a well deserved hideaway. It comes with two QUEEN bunk beds, and is the perfect hideaway for a cozy movie night. The living space is on the 2nd floor with a fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room and deck (leading to patio). You'll be able to find everything you need in the kitchen, as well as tons puzzles and games in the living area. If you're bringing a dog, we have a welcome basket stocked with towels and treats. In addition, the garage has been converted to a game room. You’ll find corn hole, ping pong, and basketball Pop-A-Shot. Perfect for rainy days, or a place to wind down after a long day at the beach. There’s an entrance directly to the patio, so guests can enjoy both the game room and outside amenities simultaneously. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home. Other things to note DOG FRIENDLY. We love bringing our dogs to the beach, and we’re happy to host yours at the Coral Street Retreat! Please use the provided dog blankets on the couch. Pick up/clean up after your dogs bathroom breaks. The backyard is not fenced in, so dogs do not have a contained area to run around in. The upper deck does have a gate which can be closed to the lower patio/backyard.
