Outbuilding of our Family Country House in Normandy with Large Shared Pool, Heated from June to September L 9m×l 3.5m×h1.50m. Quiet, in the countryside (possible noise from dogs, lawn mowers, neighbors), nestled in a lush, flower-filled garden with trees (1,300 m²), 15 km from Verneuil-sur-Avre (Center Parc), 120 km from Paris (1-hour train ride) and Deauville/Trouville (Normandy coast), and 80 km from Rouen. Fully furnished with rustic heathered furniture. Parking provided inside the property. The space The independent outbuilding, a half-timbered house available to guests, is located in a large flower garden (1300 m2). It is furnished with rustic mottled furniture, and consists of a sleeping area with a queen size bed (200 × 160) and among other things, a wardrobe for storage, a desk; 2 steps higher, a dining area with a new, well-equipped modern kitchenette, a bathroom with small window, sink and walk-in shower, a separate independent toilet. 4 large windows (electric blinds and shutters) overlooking the garden on each side and 2 smaller ones on the pool, at the kitchenette and bathroom level, give it its brightness. In very hot weather, the place retains a welcome freshness!For the winter, it has 2 powerful electric radiators, with inertia (ceramic) diffusing a pleasant heat. Guest access Guests have the entire lower part of the outbuilding (building shown in the photo) and access to the heated pool (between 26 and 28°C/78.8 and 82.4°F, SHARED with the hosts) as well as its south-facing terrace (deckchairs and garden furniture with umbrella for outdoor dining). The upper floor of the outbuilding is vacant. (FYI, depending on the weather, the pool may not be heated in May.) Other things to note SPECIAL NOTICES: INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!! Weak telephone network. WiFi is broadcast from the main house, thanks to a CPL system plugged into an electrical outlet in the outbuilding (DEVOLO system with password provided) Since August 2023, in the accommodation there is an RJ45 SOCKET GIVING ACCESS to the INTERNET by ADSL DIRECTLY CONNECTED to the BOX OF THE MAIN HOUSE OF THE HOSTS. FOR THE POOL: TO BE SHARED WITH THE HOSTS! No access barrier to the pool, (Presence of a compliant pool closure safety cover) CHILDREN UNDER THE SOLE AND ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS!! NON-PRIVATE POOL, TO BE SHARED WITH THE OWNERS. SWIMMING ONLY in SWIMWEAR or SWIM SHORTS! POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED! BARBECUE to SHARE as well, charcoal not included! We hosts are usually present in the property (main house) during your stay!
