Forget your worries in our modern farmhouse nestled on acres of spacious and serene farmland located 4 miles southeast of the the Village of East Aurora. Hunter's Creek is nearby for hiking, mountain biking and outdoor exploration. The property was the homestead of one of the Town of Wales early settlers. The farmhouse was originally constructed about 1900. It was once a working farm and continues to be used for hay production. The house has been totally remodeled in 2019 and is approximately 3,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a large living room, dining room, study and kitchen with breakfast room. The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary cookware, dishes and utensils and is equipped with stainless steel electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Keurig machine with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer provided for your enjoyment. The bedrooms have one queen, three double and one single bed plus a queen air mattress to sleep up to 10. Bedding and towels are provided along with extra pillow and blankets for the air mattress. Relax with a cup of coffee or cocktail on one of our three outside porches (two of them covered). The front wrap around porch and breakfast room overlook the property's adjacent ¾ acre pond. The house also has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, full laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use and off street parking for 8+ vehicles. Our property is completely self check-in.
