The space Welcome to our quaint 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage nestled in gorgeous Alpine Lake resort. You will be greeted by the spectacular great room with vaulted ceilings when you first enter the home. An open concept kitchen is located in the home that allows guests to entertain and cook with ease. A second floor loft can be found with two guest bedrooms combined by a spare bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a private back porch and bathroom. A full finished basement can be found down the steps found just outside the kitchen. Guest access Guest will have access to amenities provided at the resort, including indoor pool facility, indoor exercise room (Keycard access), laker lounge restaurant located inside the resort, and use of the 155 acre lake including beach area located within walking distance of property. Along with access to one of the most beautiful golf courses the area has to offer. Wifi is included at the property and login information can be found in the welcome kit. Pets are allowed on property, however there is a pet fee. Other things to note This a private community with in house security along with a guard at the gate. You will never feel more safe and secluded than you will at this property. When coming through the gate, communicate to the guard that you are short term renting a property. You will be greeted with a smile. Restaurants: not many restaurants in the area, plan on bringing food. The laker lounge restaurant is located in resort, if searching for different cousine recommend traveling to Oakland Md for best dining experience, roughly 15 minute travel. When you’re not enjoying resort activities, visit Swallow Falls State Park or Cathedral State Park to see beautiful evergreen forests. Multiple breweries are located within minutes drive of the property as well.
