Whether you're here to hike, paddle, or simply unwind, Basecamp puts you in the perfect position to do it all. Cabin Features: This thoughtfully designed Bunkie includes two separate sleeping areas, giving guests a unique balance of shared and private space: Main Suite: Light-filled studio with a queen-size bed, the main bathroom includes a stylish vessel sink and walk-in shower. The kitchenette comes complete with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking essentials. A convenient washer/dryer combo makes extended stays easy and worry-free. Bunk Room: With its own private entrance, this cozy space features a Twin XL bunk bed and full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen nook—perfect for kids, teens, or travel companions. Outdoor Space: Step outside and you're moments from everything: pickleball courts, the sand volleyball court, firepits, walking paths, and scenic spots along the Illinois River. With so much to explore right outside your door, Basecamp is your jumping-off point for year-round fun. Parking: This home includes two dedicated parking spaces in the adjacent lot for your convenience. A $125 non-refundable pet fee is required. Please keep pets leashed outdoors and crated if left unattended inside. Non-compliance may result in a $300 fine.
