There are four comfortably sized bedrooms decorated with a lake flair. Two of the rooms have private full baths, lake views, and private access to the deck. The other two bedrooms share a full bath, jack-n-jill style. There is a pocket door to close off these two bedrooms to make a private suite. The open floor plan is comfortable, spacious, and surrounded by windows. The main dining table seats eight, there is also seating at the kitchen island for eight. Or, if you prefer to dine alfresco, there is a dining table on the deck. There are two separate sitting areas on the deck, one with four swivel rockers with ottomans and a great view of the lake. The second area is just off the master bedroom and has four cushioned chairs around a cocktail table and is surrounded by hardwoods. Guests will have access to the outdoor fire pit, but guests will not have access to the indoor fireplace. Guests will not have access to boat or boathouse. However, guests can use the cleats on the pier to tie up their own boat. Home is on septic, toilet paper only in toilets. Home is not childproofed. Access to the entire home. Guest will enter home via keyless entry keypad on back door. Host will be available during stay to answer questions via phone call or text. Concrete parking area behind home will accommodate eight cars. Two additional gravel parking slots available on the side of driveway. We do not have a boat ramp, but Kowaliga Marina and Anchor Bay Marina are both five minutes away by boat and car. We have cleats on our pier for you to tie up your boat. You will not have access to the covered boat house.
