Other things to note ‼️Important details:‼️ ✔️ We will require a security deposit of 1000 pesos upon check in. This is refundable as long as there are no missing/ destroyed items and stained towels and linens. ✔️ All our units are cleaned prior to check in. You can check in with confidence knowing that the unit is clean. ✔️NO SMOKING AND VAPING INSIDE THE ROOMS. We would appreciate smoking and vaping outside the rooms instead. ✔️NO COOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS. Cooking is highly prohibited inside the rooms to avoided unwanted smell and pests. ✔️The rooms undergo pest control and since we are located in a farm, insects can be mischievous at times. Be assured that the unit is clean as we perform cleaning before and check in and after check out. ✔️Water Supply: We have water tanks enough for your stay but please help in limiting water usage so not to experience water shortage. ✔️Weather: It would be best to always check on PAGASA for the weather updates for Baguio-Benguet area. ✔️PETS: PET FEE IS 1000/STAY. Please declare number of pets upon booking. We would request that all pets be leashed while on the property because there are also other pets living on the property. ⚠️IMPORTANT: No rescheduling 7 days of your check-in date.
