Welcome to our newly renovated city studio in Kassel. This cozy accommodation is ideal for two people—perfect for a city break, a visit to the Documenta city, or a business trip. The lovingly furnished studio is located in the basement of our building. It has its own entrance, so you can enjoy your stay in complete independence. In front of the apartment, you will find a small seating area – perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. It is compact and ideal for two people – perfect for a city break in Kassel or for business travelers looking for central accommodation. The open-plan living and sleeping area offers a dining table for breakfast or planning your trips around the city. You can relax and unwind in the cozy sitting area with TV. The comfortable bed (140 × 200 cm) ensures a restful night's sleep after a day out and about. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The new bathroom is bright and modern. A spacious, floor-level shower ensures a pleasant start to the day. In front of the apartment is a small outdoor seating area – ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. A key safe allows for flexible self check-in. As it is a basement apartment, it remains pleasantly cool even in summer. For very tall people (>185 cm), the ceiling height may be a little low in some places. Location: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with very good transport links. Public transportation is about a 5–10 minute walk away, so you can reach the city center in around 15 minutes. Kassel's parks are also within easy reach: Karlsaue and Schönfeld Park are both about 10 minutes away and are ideal for walks. Many attractions such as museums, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, and the Documenta locations are easy to explore from here. Free parking spaces are available right outside the door. Guest access The apartment is part of our house but has a separate entrance, so you can enjoy your stay completely independently. The apartment is accessed via a staircase. Therefore, it is unfortunately not suitable for people with physical disabilities. If you have any questions, we are always available and happy to give you tips for your stay in Kassel—but of course we will also leave you in peace if you prefer. Other things to note Since we live in the house ourselves, we attach great importance to treating each other with respect and consideration. We have put a lot of time and love into renovating and furnishing the apartment and would be delighted if our guests appreciated the accommodation just as much and treated it with care. This way, the apartment remains a beautiful place for all guests to feel at home.
