Emerald Cottage is our vacation home and is located within the Calaverde community in Santa Margherita di Pula, an oasis of peace surrounded by greenery just a stone's throw from an enchanting sea. The house, completely renovated in 2021, is surrounded by the greenery of the pine forest and is 150 meters from the sea with a wide beach of fine sand and crystal clear sea. The space The house is on two levels. On the first floor: bathroom with shower, double bedroom and room with two single beds in the loft connected to the double bedroom. On the ground floor, there is the living room with a large kitchenette and sofa bed, a closed veranda with windows, and an outdoor patio with a barbecue area. The property is completed by a 100 sqm garden with outdoor shower with hot water and children's play area. The kitchen is fully equipped: - induction hob, - refrigerator - freezer, - dishwasher - electric oven, - microwave - Nespresso Lattissima coffee and cappuccino machine - washing machine - kettle - complete kitchen utensils - wine glasses and beer glasses Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Guest access Inside the community there are two tennis courts (for a fee), a basketball hoop, and a children's playground. On the nearby beach, which is within walking distance of the house, there is a kiosk/bar with sunbed and umbrella rental service. A market is available 200 meters away. The beach resort and market have seasonal and non-fixed opening hours. Cars can only move on the streets for loading/unloading operations and then be parked in nearby parking lots.
