The Harbour Town of Padstow is within 3 miles with more extensive shopping and dining opportunities and is accessible via Bus from the village or by car. Snug with access via patio door to the rear garden, 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, armchair and wall mounted TV Stairs to First Floor: Bedroom Two: King-size bed dual aspect room with built-in wardrobe, window seat overlooking front elevation, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets Bedroom Three: 3’ Twin beds, window seat overlooking front elevation, with built-in wardrobes and additional storage and bedside cabinet. Changeover Day – Saturday PETS - Well behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement. Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt. Guest access Entire Home with garden and parking Other things to note Pet can be accepted by prior arrangement. but must not be left unattended and not to be allowed upstairs/in bedrooms. Please note: We would never be able to confirm that a garden and outside areas are dog proof even if the garden is enclosed – as there are so many variables, size of dog and boundary type, please ensure your dog is not left unattended at anytime. Please message us once you have confirmed a booking - with your full contact details so that we are able to provide you with your arrival and access information and payment details for extras such as pets.
