Escape to this serene country setting located in Estacada. Close enough to take in Portland shopping (30 min) or head up to Mt. Hood (50 min). Enjoy the great outdoors with lots of hiking trails, Disc Golf courses, kayaking and SUP at nearby parks, such as N. Fork/Promontory Park, McIver Park, Metzler & Estacada Lake. The space Relax in the freshly remodeled apartment with a quaint outdoor sitting area, perfect for planning your day with a cup of coffee or ending your day with a fire in the fire-pit with a delicious local cider, brew or glass of wine taking in the quiet nature that surrounds the property. The 2 story apartment is attached to a shop on a 1 acre fenced property. The owners reside on the property in the detached main home. The main level features a full kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is also a full bathroom on the main level with a shower. The upper level has two adjoining bedrooms, separated by a closing door. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a daybed/trundle and can double as a living room. There is a smart TV in the both bedrooms that guests can use their Netflix or Hulu accounts to watch movies. The upper level is heated with a cadet heater for the chilly nights, or has a brand new window air conditioner for the warmer summer nights. The lower level is heated by a portable radiator. The back up generator in case of a power outage will make sure your stay is uninterrupted. 5 min to Estacada Lk, 10 min to N. Fork/Promontory Park, 7 min to Milo McIver or Timber Park. Parking pass for Milo McIver available. 2 min to Metzler Park. Guest access Full access to shop apartment, patio off of shop and firepit area with adirondack chairs. Other things to note Owners are fully vaccinated, contactless check-in available. Property has an electric security gate at entrance, it will need to be opened upon your arrival so you may gain access. For this reason, we will ask you for an estimate of your arrival so we can have the gate open for you. In the unit will be a remote gate opener for your use during your stay. Please leave it in the apartment upon departure. Pack n play and highchair available upon request. There is internet service in the unit and will stream movies and streaming services just fine however we are in the country so if you need to work here, it can be very slow and not guaranteed.
