KITCHEN & DINNING It’s a small kitchen, but it has everything you’ll need to create a great meal, including a blender for margaritas! Plate, dishes, and everything in between are provided. BEDROOMS & BATHROOM Both bedrooms feature Queen Gel Memory Foam mattresses for a GREAT night sleep. Both bedrooms have great windows for the early risers but also black-out curtains, so you can sleep off a late night. The bathroom is a 50’s bungalow all tile bath. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, and plenty of towels. OUTDOOR AREAS The private backyard is all yours. Complete with a hammock, which is perfect for a nap. Seating area for (4) and a gas grill. Cathc up with friends on our comfortable adirondack chairs and large Mexican style table. PETS The entire yard is fenced, and we are pet friendly, so bring’em with! NO WAY we can charge extra for a family member. THE LOCATION Just 3 blocks off South Congress you can walk to Joe’s for coffee or Torchy’s for breakfast tacos, lunch at Guero’s, Perla’s for dinner, glass of wine at the San Jose then finish the night off at the Continental Club. All this is just steps from your front door. there is no need to drive or take an Uber. The Convention Center, 6th Street and Rainey Street are about 1 mile away and Congress is just 2 blocks away.
