Relax with family or friends in this peaceful accommodation! Chalet 18 is part of the Estrela do Mar Condominium, in the Saco da Ribeira neighborhood, with easy access via the highway on the south coast of Ubatuba. Very close to the Porto Ribeira supermarket, gas stations and local shops. Close to Lázaro Beach (10-minute walk), Sununga (where there is the Gruta que Chora) and the quiet Domingas Dias Beach. Each guest must bring their own bed and bath linens. But we have an equipped (individual) kitchen and a garage with control. The space Beach cottage-style apartment, on the ground floor, with a living room integrated into the kitchen, a bedroom (with a double bed, a bunk bed and an extra single mattress), a bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and clothesline). Living room with ceiling fan. Bedroom with ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Kitchen equipped with crockery, blender and coffee maker, in addition to the stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Guest access The condominium has a swimming pool (with a shallow part for young children) for common use by all guests. It also has 2 barbecue areas that can be used with advance reservation, at no extra cost. Other things to note This chalet does not serve breakfast, but it has a full kitchen for you to cook your own meals, featuring a coffee maker and blender, as well as a stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. Each guest must bring their own bed and bath linens, as well as beach towels (we do not provide linens). The rules of the condominium are intended not to disturb other guests, such as not playing loud music and respecting the Law of Silence. We cannot receive pets or any little animals... The environment is very quiet and family-friendly, with a nearby supermarket (we are 2 blocks from the Porto Ribeira supermarket, with a bakery and butcher shop) and it is also possible to order and receive delivery (pizza delivery, lunchbox, I food, etc...)
