Rooms are professionally decorated and well appointed for a comfortable stay. All beds have memory foam mattresses and comfortable linens. The upstairs is not available to rent, only the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire bottom level of the unit, their own outdoor patio and shared access to the dock steps, solo stove area, and dock itself. Other things to note -Please note that although we have very reliable wifi, cell phone coverage is not vast in areas around the lake. Verizon seems to have the best coverage, but in the apartment, you may not have any signal. If having constant cell service is important, please take note of this important detail prior to booking. -This entire property is non-smoking, party free and family friendly. If you are looking for a place to smoke and host loud parties, this location will not be suited for you. -Access to the dock requires good mobility as there are several steps to get down to it. - This is a downstairs unit and although we do not pound on the floors, some noise may be heard.
