Rukiye Hanım Konakları is an 11-room boutique hotel consisting of 2 stone buildings in Balabanlı Village, close to Çanakkale Assos. In our hotel, modern needs are met without compromising the village spirit. Bozcaada is under your feet with a pastoral view from the large garden decorated with colorful flowers. Sivrice beach with its pristine sea is 4.5 km away. Breakfast is included in the price. Reservations are required in advance for dinner. Bringing drinks and food from outside is prohibited. The space Rukiye Hanım Mansions, which are reached by passing through the narrow streets of the village, consist of two stone buildings in a large garden. Both buildings have guest rooms on both the ground and second floors. There are 3 different types of rooms: economy, standard and luxury. The rooms on the upper floor of Block A are the two largest rooms in the hotel. Both rooms have balconies. One of the rooms also has a fireplace. Extra single beds can be placed in these rooms. The other two types of rooms can be considered as standard double rooms, although their sizes vary slightly. Extra foldable beds can be placed in the rooms with suitable square meters. In the front and back gardens decorated with colorful flowers, there are other seating groups available for the use of hotel guests in addition to the wooden tables and chairs in front of the restaurant. Guests can leave their vehicles free of charge in the parking lot with a capacity of 2-3 vehicles at the entrance of the hotel or in the available places on the street. Balabanlı is among the few villages of the North Aegean, whose architectural texture and social structure have been preserved to a great extent, with its authentic stone houses, clean air, unique views and various animal sounds. Sivrice beach, the popular beach of the village, is 4.5 km away. Rukiye Hanım Mansions offer their guests a unique combination of village life and sea vacation. Room 2, which is a luxury room, has village and sea views. It is one of the two largest rooms of the mansion, with a balcony, overlooking the front yard, on the upper floor of the building on the left (Block A) shown in the photos. There is an extra bed area and a living room integrated with the bedroom. Guest access Guests can use the seating areas in the front and back gardens of the hotel. However, it is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside to our hotel. During your stay Our hotel has staff during working hours.
