Quiet and central location. Close to everything. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space Room in Great Spacious apartment, although not a Suite the bathroom is practically exclusive. The building is low, 6 floors. Gardens and great location. Guest access You will have access to the building with a coded Tag, to the apartment your access will be with a Key and access to the room with a Key as well. During your stay I will be available for questions or any type of need regarding hosting. In person or via WhatsApp. Other things to note For long stays you need to provide: 1. A set of bath towels; 2. A set of full-size sheets; 3. Personal hygiene products; 4. Liquid soap and fabric softener for laundry; 5. Foods for daily use of your choice; NOTE: - The bed will have a mattress protector and pillow protectors. Everything is clean and sterilized; - Everything else you will have here, as the apartment is well equipped with various utensils that will facilitate food preparation if you prefer.
