A secluded family owned private lakeside campsite

We are opening our 6,000 square meter family-owned lakefront camping ground located within Caliraya lake in Cavinti, Laguna to other families and small groups for a private and intimate camping experience. Situated at a secluded portion of an exclusive subdivision, you will have an exclusive access to the best lake view Caliraya has to offer as the entire campsite will be reserved to you and your group. The space We will gladly provide your family or group all the amenities available inside the property for you to enjoy during your stay which include some of the following: 1. Access to solar powered electricity and garden lamp on the camp site. 2. Full toilet and bath with 500 liters of purified water for both cooking and hygiene use. No toiletries and towels. 3. Unlimited use of kayak with life vests during your stay. 4. Picturesque bonfire area at night. 5. Solid wood outdoor picnic table and bench. 6. Basic outdoor charcoal grille. 7. CCTV for security. 8. Safe parking area inside the camp. 10. 2 sets of tents that can fit 2-3 person each will also be provided during your stay for guests who wants to sleep at the lakeside under the stars. You can also bring your own tents and camping gears. Use of kayaks FREE. Tent Pitching FREE. Parking FREE. Guest access The camp is for your full camping experience. Campers can setup their gesrs either at the lower lakeside portion of the campsite or at the elevated and overlooking part with expansive view of the lake and mount Banahaw. Toilet and bathroom with 500 liters of purified water is available, it is situated and strategically positioned on a safe distance from the lakeside camping grounds to ensure not to pollute the lake and obstruct the vista of the lakescape. Weather may be unpredictable, it may rain on a good weather forecast. Be ready to get wet. Since the lake is in a highly protected watershed, expect different animals, slugs, bugs & leeches which are endemic in the area during your stay. Our family aims to preserve the natural flora and fauna at the area. Please refrain from taking any plants, branches, or flowers within the campsite. We'll appreciate if every camper guest will practice LNT (Leave No Trace) or CLAYGO (clean up s you go) during your stay. Our camp’s caretaker will provide you ample trash bag for both dry and wet wastes. The campsite is home to many species of birds, let's maintain it as a safe sanctuary for them as possible by keeping noise at the lowest, as a courtesy as well to neighboring lakeside properties. Strict quite time from 10PM to 6AM. The campsite is pet friendly, just look after your pets while maintaining the campsite clean and hygienic. Other things to note Access to the property is mostly paved except for the last 50-75m which is off-road. During rainy days the road tends to be slippery, utility vehicle 4x4 will have no problem, 4x2 can manage, cars might have some challenges. Other modes of transportation can be arranged during these situations. We also have a Tipi cabin in the campsite that can be rented out separately if needed. Php 800.00 Additional per head, as much as possible we limit the maximum number of campers at 12 pax only. Php 1,000 Security deposit refundable upon clearance checkout. Php 200/head Environmental fee refundable upon clearance checkout if camper guest opted to bring home with them for proper and responsible disposal of generated trash. A separate village gate fee of 150 for cars and SUV & 50 for motorcycles to be settled at the guard house. Check-in 2PM to 12NN the following day. Rescheduling, Cancellation, Charges, & Refund Policy: Limited rescheduling applicable two weeks before the booking date. Administrative charge of 10% of rate when canceled at any time. Refund of 50% if canceled two weeks before the booking date. Non-refundable if cancelled less than a week before the booking date. Cancellation with full refund and rescheduling applicable for inclement weather with storm signal as advised by PAGASA.
