Kolelemook Cottage!

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away. The space Lakeside cottage with grassy back yard and hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen/dining area that opens to a large living area boasting stunning lake views. One bathroom with shower (first floor). Smart TV with streaming cable service and wifi. Second floor has two queen bedrooms overlooking the lake. (Other bed arrangements available, but only four (4) guests maximum). There is a gas grill available and two private parking spaces. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, lawn, swimming area in front of the cottage, hot tub, and parking (2 vehicles maximum, and no trailers). Other things to note Our property is limited to 4 guest and a max of two cars. This is closely monitored and enforced. Please be very courteous and respectful to our neighborhood and neighbors. SOME RULES: No Smoking, No Parties, No Extra Guests, No Extra Cars. These rules are strictly enforced in order to protect the property, our septic system, lake, neighbors, and Town of Springfield. If you are bringing your own water toys, please be mindful of invasive milfoil and other species that can be spread from lake to lake. Kolelemook Lake is free of milfoil, and it is important to keep it that way. Follow the CLEAN, DRAIN, and DRY procedure to help keep this lake clean.
