We welcome you to our new 42 m2 cottage, which can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. You will appreciate the comfort at your disposal, as well as the large south/west terrace and its unobstructed view. The secure residence with heated swimming pool open from 05/24 to 09/30, is in the middle of nature, offering you a relaxing stay in peace! Located on the outskirts of Vélocean, it will be easy to reach the beach of La Baule (2 km) or the historic center of Guérande (5 km). The space THE COTTAGE Just 2 km from the beach of La Baule, our new eco-friendly timber-framed cottage is located in a quiet and wooded residential park, with a caretaker, and very well maintained. It consists of a beautiful bright living room (table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV cabinet), a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, numerous dishes, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, kettle), a separate toilet, and a shower room (1 sink, 1 shower, towel dryer). The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 single loft bed, an additional trundle bed for a third bed, a desk, storage cabinet. - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160, plenty of storage (wardrobe and closet) Bed and bath linens NOT PROVIDED Possibility to rent linens TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE with Amélie: - Single bed sheet set: €15 - Double bed sheet set: €20 - Towel set (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel): €10 Prices include making beds before your arrival as well as cleaning/disinfecting textiles by a professional between each guest. The maximum occupancy for this cottage is 5 people. A baby will be considered a child, even if sleeping in a baby bed. (Either 2 children and 1 baby, or 3 children maximum). THE EXTERIORS The living room is fully open to a 25 m2 semi-covered wooden terrace facing south/west, where you can have lunch or rest. Table and chairs, deckchairs are at your disposal. Spaces with wooden poles to store your bikes are available in the condominium, and a private parking space completes the cottage. A large heated swimming pool (open from 05/14 to 09/30) shared with the entire residence, as well as a bowling alley are located at the entrance to the park. PLEASE NOTE: Swimming shorts are not allowed. PRACTICAL INFORMATION You will also find some welcome products available to you on site. This is a "basis" that will give you time to go shopping. Paper towels, garbage bags, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, parchment paper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sponges, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and mop, laundry, clothespins and clothes rack, toilet paper, hand soap, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat, duvets, pillows and mattress protector for each bed. Guest access When you stay with us, you have access to the entire cottage, as well as the private terrace, the closed garden shed, the private parking space, and the shared pool of the residence. Other things to note Amélie will be happy to host you, but a self-check-in is possible if necessary (late check-in, increase in summer activity, etc.). A travel journal awaits you on site. It includes the house rules, practical information about the cottage and its surroundings, as well as different ideas for possible activities to do during your stay on the Presqu'île.
