Lovely 2 bed farm stay with sea views

This fully restored 2 bed apartment, has a large covered deck for outdoor dining. Located on a beautiful 10-acre plantation, it is surrounded by rolling fields of sugar cane down to the sea. Watch the sunset and fireflies come out from your private deck. Only a 7 minute drive to the beach. The space Newly restored plantation yard, with country charm. 5 apartments share the large pool. Each apartment has a private dining deck with great sea views. This two bedroom apartment has a large deck 10ft off the ground and is not suitable for toddlers or small children. Guest access Guests can access most of the property. Care should be taken around old mill as there is a cliff that runs along the north and east side. The property is not suitable for small children as deck railings are not designed for toddlers. Other things to note Please note we do not allow children under 10 as the deck railings are not child safe and there is cliff in close proximity to the pool area Please note we are located on a ridge and cool breezes blow at night. A $15USD /per 12 hour fee must be paid for use of air conditioning ($30USD for 24 hour use) and a $100 security deposit must be paid upon check in, and will be refunded through airbnb within 24 hours of checkout. As well free weekly access is given to our laundry room, extra access is $20usd. Please note we do NOT allow Third party booking - the person who books must be the person who checks in. ***Please also note to protect the tranquility for other guests, we do not allow parties. We do however issue day passes for the pool area only (8am-5pm) at $20usd/person should you want to host any additional friends during these hours on the property. Limit of 2 per paying guest. Also note that the house is surrounded by a working sugar plantation so while evenings and morning are quiet and serene during the daytime there can be noise from the farm - tractors , field workers, and repair work in the barn. And lastly please leave the unit as tidy as you found it and toss garbage in bins at east driveway. —- Enjoy!
