Our newly renovated 1 bed apartment is just off the town centre (on a quieter street) 5 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants and train station. The open plan kitchen/living room has a double sized sofabed (upto 2 persons). There’s a separate double bedroom and ensuite shower. The small sunny patio is next to the front bay window. The space Welcome to our ground floor victorian flat with bay window and small sunny patio area to the front of the building. If you have any questions please let me know, I’m very happy to help! Layout The front door leads to an enclosed hall opening to the living room with L-shaped kitchen alcove to the side. There is a separate double bedroom off this room, with ensuite shower room. And a comfy double mattress. The partially fenced sunny patio is outside the front bay and you can use it to dry swimwear. Location: It’s a great location if you’d like to be in a quieter spot slightly off the town centre, but a short walk to the beaches and town cafes and restaurants (there’s a lovely independent cafe round the corner and plenty of other places 5-10 minutes walk). Great western beach is 7 minutes walk away. Towan about 10, and Porth and Fistral about 20-25mins. Kitchen-fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There’s also crockery, pans and salt and pepper. Living area- There’s a dining table and chairs, a sofabed and There is no Tv but there is Wi-Fi available. Sofabed- it’s a standard double sized platform when pulled out (135 cm wide), so suitable for 2 persons. It’s a quality upholstered sofabed (not a click clack) so it doesn’t have a ridge in the middle. It will also have a topper. Sofabed booking: Please pre book the sofabed as my changeover company hire if in advance. If you are 3/4 people or will be automatically booked. If you are 2 persons and would like the sofabed please book for 3 people to book the sofabed (and just email to explain its 2 people). Bedroom: there is a double bed and hanging rail and shelving for clothes. The widow is onto a walled area, rather than looking onto the road, and is frosted. There is scaffolding outside this area, however this is for future work higher up on another flat. It is not in use or accessible at the moment. The diary will be closed for bookings when the scaffolding is in use and the future work is done. Parking: There is no private parking however free on street parking is available. It’s best to try further down St Thomas road as it’s yellow lines outside. Or the surrounding streets. There are a number of council and private carparks too. (Further car park details are in getting around and below) Council Carparks are free November - March and overnight all year round from 4pm to 9am.
