You'll love the location of this cute Bungalow situated in a quiet, quaint, and safe neighborhood. Only a 5 minute drive from the airport and a 7 minute drive to downtown Madison, your travels will be a breeze. You’ll have an entire private basement suite. Some of the highlights include a spacious Living Room with a 43" Smart TV, a Coffee and Tea Station, Internet, and a Workstation. Obligatory: ZTRHP1-2022-00028 ------------ P.S. I took a break from hosting, but the space hasn't changed! The space Upon entering the side door, there is a basement door immediately in front of you that leads to your space downstairs. Everything behind the basement door is fully private. The space includes your own (i) Living Room, (ii) Bedroom, (iii) Full Bathroom, and (iv) Laundry Room. The Location: It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood – there are even speed bumps. This Near Northeast location is great for everything that Madison has to offer. Driving distance to some of the Capital City’s highlights are: 5 min – Dane County Regional Airport 7 min – Olbrich Botanical Gardens/Garver Feed Mill 7 min – Downtown Madison 12 min – Camp Randall Stadium There is a bus stop that is a 5 minute walk. There are also many bike trails nearby and a few top-rated restaurants within walking distance including Tip Top Tavern and Ogden’s North Street Diner (a well-established brunch restaurant which I can attest to). Guest access The entire basement, minus a few storage closets. If you have a longer stay, I will most likely inquire about using the washer and dryer which are located in the basement. My full kitchen on the main floor is available upon request. Other things to note Parking is available on the street. You’re only allowed to park on the North side of the street, which is the side of the street that my house is on. If I’m able, I would even snag a spot on the street so that you can park in my driveway. I do reside on the floors above – all I ask is that you respect the living space, and you’ll certainly have my respect as well. Unfortunately, no pets. If you have a child or two, I could certainly accommodate. I truly look forward to hosting you!
