Modern semi-detached house near the city of Rostock

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car. The space The semi-detached house is our own modern home. Since we live in our boathouse on the Warnow in the summer, we rent our house to you. It is all new and furnished to a high standard. A summer garden of about 20 square meters has been built since Feb. 2024. There you can also sit outside in bad weather. Guest access You have access to the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with access to the summer garden and from there a small garden with terrace and barbecue as well as a guest toilet on the first floor. There is also a bathroom with large shower, double sink, toilet and bidet and a bedroom on the first floor. As well as a guest room directly under the roof. Other things to note In the guest room on the 2nd floor under the roof you will find 2 loungers with sleeping function, which can be easily pushed apart or together. Unfortunately, the house is not childproof, or please ask for clarification.
