This is a huge 7 bedroom with a Den, Games room and a sprawling pool - ideal for large groups & 10 minute walk to the beach.The guest reviews have got deleted unfortunately on account of a technical corruption &the property that is a super host had to be relisted. There is a running genset & 3 caretakers full time. Very kid friendly - Trampoline, Easy riders, bikes TT, carrom chess,cards badminton etc. Barbeque & music system & great food choice as per order with multiple cooks.Jain food too. The space Huge 20,000 carpet area with a massive verendah . No restiction whatso ever- as property does not have immediate neighbours. parking for 7 vehicles . Also very pet friendly where boundary is fully secured. Pets not allowed in the Pool. The villa has a music system that can be used even on blue tooth . This luxurious haven gives you total privacy through out the night and day with no restrictions on sounds of any kind with a natural stream that flows through out the year. . Power cuts are rare but if genset is used then fuel on actuals. An invertor also exists. All toiletries, linen of best quality. Bedrooms are huge . There is a charge of Rs 3000/ per person beyond 16 guests. Kids below 4 years exempted. We’ve got 3 high quality bicycles - Firefox brand ,with gears that can be used only on the vast balcony and for adults only . Kids can use the Easy Riders and skateboards and even Segways for the experienced.. .For those who play the guitar we’ve got 3 expensive guitars that can be used by adults only . Any damages will be liable to be paid for . The Property provides the finest ammenities. All linen, toiletries, beach towels , rafting boards for the beach . Nearby restruants, ample Jain food, where every need is taken care off. The main kitchen is restricted for heavy cooking. If guests bring their own cook a separate kitchen is provided . Cooks are also available if needed. A TV Den and fibre optic wifi with speed over 50 MPBS . Good network for Jio, Vodafon and Airtel. The villa can easily accomodate upto 25-28 people with 20 full beds inclusive of 2 sofa beds and as many additional mattresses. This is the largest villa in kashid . Staff quarters for drivers and maids exist for a nominal charge of Rs 800/ per day per person Guest access Kitchen use not encouraged for hygene reasons but pantry can be used which is well equipt. Cooks are available to serve your needs. Caretakers family also cooks and charges just Rs 1000/ for cooking for one day for all all meals where ingredients are at actuals. Other things to note Two sprawling bedrooms on the ground floor with no steps - so ideal for the elderly. Very suitable villa for kids and family who will find lots to do . 3 Staff quarters exist seperatly - all with attached bathrooms, for males and females seperate rooms.
