Tiny House with Queen loft

This tiny house has a queen bed in the loft and a sleeper loveseat (2 small children or 1 teen, will Not fit 4 adults). Full size shower, kitchenette. There is 1 parking spot for regular or compact cars, longer vehicles or trucks can park free on the street with a short walk. Wifi, 32" Smart TV & DVD player with select titles. Walking distance from historic downtown and 5 minutes from the sports hub. No cleaning fee. The space No Animals No Smoking No Unattended Minors Upstairs loft is definitely for sleeping, not for standing :) Low ceiling. Please note the stairs are not standard. use them slowly until you get used to them. No cleaning fee helps keep your costs down. There are 2 security cameras that are motion activated. One is integrated in the parking area floodlight. The second is on the back door of main house covering with a different angle of parking spot. PLEASE NOTE - THIS SPACE IS USED BY FAMILY MEMBERS WITH SEVERE ALLERGIES SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR. GUESTS WHO ARRIVE WITH ANIMALS/DOGS WILL BE CANCELLED AND ASKED TO LEAVE. SORRY WE'VE HAD TO MAKE THIS SO BOLD BUT THE ANIMAL POLICY HAS ALREADY BEEN VIOLATED MULTIPLE TIMES.
