Welcome to our charming 4-star **** cottage, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Fley. This authentic Burgundian residence, with its typical gallery and enchanting garden, has been carefully restored in a contemporary style, enhanced by flea market pieces. Everything is designed to make you feel... "At home". Large enclosed parking adjacent to the cottage. Looking forward to having you stay with Léon & Lulu for your unique & warm stay. 🐾🐾 🧡 The space The Burgundian gallery where you can have your breakfasts, opens onto a large bright & contemporary open space including fully equipped kitchen, relaxation/office area & living room (with sofa bed for 1 person). There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, the larger master bedroom with many clothes racks and the "teen" or friends room with a clothes rack, small desk, a large bathroom with a contemporary double sink, a walk-in shower & laundry room, separate toilet. In the garden, a "broc" style summer kitchen, antique furniture & objects, with refrigerator & dishes. An electric barbecue area, right next door, & a water point under the gallery. Garden furniture with large parasol & relaxation lounge, aperitif lounge also under the gallery. Enclosed garden for your 4-legged friends 🐾🐾🧡 Guest access the entire house, the garden is also enclosed by stone walls & by an imposing black wrought iron gate. Large enclosed parking communicating to the cottage by a gate. Other things to note Léon & Lulu's house is fully equipped: Nespresso coffee machine with capsules for arrival, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc... the essential groceries: oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, herbs in the garden, pods for the washing machine & dishwasher. In the bathroom, cotton, soap, professional shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, towels & bath sheets of course... I don't think I've forgotten anything, but if I have, please let me know... Ideally located, on the route of the great Burgundy wines, & 4 km from Montagny les Buxy renowned for its white wines. The entire Côte Chalonnaise nearby. Many tourist sites nearby: The medieval city of St Gengoux le National 7 km, Cormatin 17 km, Cluny 30 km, Brancion 23 km, Tournus 30 km, Chalon sur Saône 25 km, Beaune 55 km. Hiking trails, greenway 5 km away, nearby lakes & discovery of Southern Burgundy from the relaxing village of Fley. Easy access via the A6 highway, Chalon s/s or Tournus exit depending on arrival via the North or South
