Children’s toys for beach, beach cart, beach chairs, (2) adult life jackets, outdoor shower for rinsing off (hot &cold). Guest access Entire home with 4 steps to enter from side driveway which is on an incline. Steps to main entrance from the longer term parking spaces in front of home. Please reference photos. Small side patio with bistro table next to entrance. Fenced in back yard w/ outdoor dining for 6 or more w/direct back door access. Opened space landscaped courtyard, shared with Hosts; guests have their own outdoor dining area and gas grill.
