Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. Guest access As a tenant, there is full access to the entire cottage and an associated annex. Other things to note Charger/charging station for electric cars just installed in the cottage - can easily be activated and purchased for our tenants.
