Our home is conveniently located only 2 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs, and only 20 minutes from the nearest beach. Our new and clean home is perfect for families to enjoy with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. Things worth noting: We have a kids pack n play available. Unfortunately our space doesn't accommodate pets. No smoking. The home has well water and has a sulfur smell when turned on. Water is safe for usage but not recommended for cooking and drinking purposes. Other things to note No parties, quiet hours after 10 PM. Only toilet paper in the toilet (no wipes and feminine products) House must be left in the same condition as it was in prior to arrival. NO SMOKING INSIDE (additional $250 cleaning Fee).
