Come stay at our home located minutes from Dulles Airport and in a quiet, beautiful family neighborhood. This spacious basement apartment is perfect for a group of traveling friends or a family looking for a peaceful stay. The space It includes 3 beds, living room, kitchenette, dining room / workspace, 1 full bathroom, and a private entry. The bedroom has a queen bed, tall dresser, and 2 nightstands with spacious drawers. There is a tv console with puzzles and games, and a smart TV with roku streaming apps. Last but not least, there are several large mirrors. The living room has a big, comfy sectional and a reclining chair to relax in. (No sleeping there please!) There is also lots of natural light with walkup and windows. The kitchenette has a cozy coffee and tea setup, with microwave, full size refrigerator, sink and electric cooking pan. It also has plates, glasses and silverware. There is a twin day bed on the side, with an additional twin roll-out bed underneath. The dining area has a large table - good for eating or doing homework , or work on a laptop. There is also a fun foosball table for breaks! Full bathroom has a tub and shower , with soft cozy towels. There is plenty to do within a short distance including groceries, restaurants, coffee shops and a nice library. Or, relax at home and watch something on the new, Smart TV. Guest access The whole basement apartment is yours - private and ample amounts of space. You can also access a shared patio and garden area with playground ( empty most of the time !) Other things to note There is street parking in the circle under the tree. If you have more than one car, please park the other cars down the street on the right. There is a gap in between houses with lots of trees on the right side of the street. Please don't park near neighbor's driveways or block any mailboxes! No AirBNB fees! We've got you covered! Note: There are a few locked doors, but don’t worry you aren’t missing much! One is a supply closet, the other a sump pump, and the third private access to the upstairs of the house which will not be opened. Please keep gate closed. We have two small, friendly dogs that are let out in the yard from time to time. No smoking on property please! Change of 2 towels are available for 10$ Change of 1 set of bedding is available for 20$ We aim to offer high quality experiences for our guests.
