You will not believe this unique and tranquil getaway. This beautiful bedroom located on the second floor comes along with a office desk and chair and a golf inspired backyard (putting green, pitching green, and driving gage) along with a balcony with a dazzling view of the yard and the pool. The golf amenities are just the beginning with a basketball/pickleball court, corn hole, and a couple of bicycles make this place AWESOME! We work with guests on a projects, receiving per diem. The space The relaxing queen bedroom and updated bathroom are just the beginning of this awesome place. The bedroom is located on the second floor with a balcony entrance. The property is on 1 acre of entertainment and fun. The golf inspired space also comes along with a basketball/pickleball court, corn hole, and a couple of bicycles to ride around in, and checkout the beautiful local park. Little to no host contact with" Self Check In" and a contactless key code. Guest access We are set up with a no contact check in, with parking and access to the room being on back side of the property. The entry and exit for the guests will be mostly private, with 90% of the property being available with a few drapped chains indicating home owners private personal areas. The specific timed key code and wifi will be assigned per guest to identify who is coming and going and internet use. The access points and general areas will have security cameras for everyones protection. During your stay Since we live on the property, we will be available to help with any issues, just message us on the app. Other things to note The main home is occupied by host and we do not allow parties, loud music or other guests not staying in room to sleep overnight. Max 2 per room. Please follow "Self Check In" instructions before contacting host. Only guests with good review will be automatically allowed, but people with no reviews on Air BnB will be asked a few questions No Local guests. Fees for not following rules $100 a day for smoking indoors. $20 lost key The space is incredible, if you are looking for a quiet place to chill, you have come to the right place. We do not do parties outside the family. We like to keep a low profile, and quiet surrounding. All the amenities are for you and a guest, any other company will need permission to visit, and its okay to invite a couple of friends to hang out for a couple of hours.
