Sandra and Joffrey welcome you to their completely renovated gîte. Located 18 km from Saint Emilion, on the route of castles and wines. Access to the A10 and N10 motorways is 10 minutes away. Bordeaux is less than 30 minutes away, you can visit the beaches of the South West (Dune du Pilat, Lacanau...) in less than an hour, or visit the beautiful landscapes of the Dordogne. A spa and massage parlor is located behind the vacation rental to relax during your stay. The space The accommodation is in the heart of the village of Lugon and the island of Carnay and shops are within walking distance (bakery, ATM, restaurant, tobacco, beauty salon, pharmacy, cooperative cellar) The interior space of 42 m2 can accommodate 2 people and 1 child. It is composed of: - A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (folding crib available) - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet - an equipped kitchen: oven, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine - a living room equipped with a TV - a warm outdoor space to relax (barbecue, deckchair, garden furniture) Single-story accommodation. Housekeeping (extra charge) is available upon request during your stay. Guest access Parking is available in front of the cottage. Nearest train station located 15 minutes away (Libourne or Saint Andre de Cubzac). Bordeaux Saint Jean train station 35 minutes away. Shopping area 15 minutes away.
