The house "Las Ardillas" as we call it, is located within the exclusive Yacht Club condominium, in San Lucas Tolimán which has 24 hour security, security garage, illuminated streets, beautiful gardens, walks to get to the shore of the lake, Faro, Muelles, boat boat. The space The house on the first level has a living room with cable TV, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, and a full bathroom. On the second level, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the rooms has access to the attic where there are other beds. A large garden and kiosk with barbecue, dishwasher, folding table and plastic chairs. It has a laundry area, washing machine and clothes dryer. Electric tank water heater for the house's general water. The house has no lake view, only the property's garden. Only 3 vehicles are allowed per stay. Guest access Access to the condominium is via a one-way cobbled street, which then joins a two-way cobbled road that is about 150 meters long. You can arrive in anything from a sedan to a minibus like a Hiace. And it's advisable to arrive during the day. Guests can use all areas of the house as well as the gardens and docks in the common areas within the condominium. The house provides two kayaks with paddles and two floats that can be used on the lake, especially in the morning when the lake is calmer. It's a wonderful activity to do and a great way to explore the surroundings. Only 3 vehicles are allowed per stay, and they can park in front of the house. Coaster-type buses are not allowed to enter, as there is no parking space for buses of that size. Guests must respect the furniture of other houses, which may be in the common gardens on the shore of the lake, such as plastic tables and chairs that are not for guests' use. The house only provides two folding chairs. Other things to note It is recommended that guests bring their food and what they need for their food, in the town of San Lucas Toliman there are shops but it is better to bring what you need. We love the squirrels 🐿️ on our property, hence the name because they visit us often; but there are times when they are heard at night, on the roof of the house and they can be quite noisy; for this reason we have installed an electrical device to scare them away at night.
