Table Rock Lake is one of Missouri's most-visited water sports and fishing destinations and was recently chosen the #1 lake by the publication, Travelers Worldwide. This gorgeous property is located in Eagle Rock which is considered the ‘quiet side’ with far less boat traffic then other areas of the lake. This allows for a more relaxed boating, wakeboarding, skiing and tubing experience. Enjoy the spacious 2500 sq. feet of serenity, beautiful views and a little piece of paradise!! The space There is a strict NO PET policy!! If pets are discovered being there, the guests will be ask to vacate with no refund and will be charged for the extra damage or cleaning. We all love our pets and have them, but we have this rule in place for many reasons and we hope that you will respect them. Enjoy this beautiful view and lake life on the wrap around deck, large outdoor firepit or down on the private dock!! It’s the perfect property for several families with kids to stay! Want to enjoy the lake? Our private boat dock is a 300 feet and gentle walk from the back porch, where you can enjoy swimming off our 12x60 swim platform with ladder to get in and out of the water quickly and easily. Included with the use of the private boat dock is paddle boards, canoe, kayak, swim noodles, life jackets and lake towels. One of our favorite amenities about this house is the downstairs kids cabin play area with their own smart television and card table with plenty of board games. This will allow plenty of adult time on the back porch while unwinding from your fun day of adventure. Other things to note Things to know: 1. We ask that everyone treat our home with respect. Please follow the rules and we would love to be able to give our guests a great review. 2. No smoking, vaping or marijuana in or near the home. You will be fined $500 if any smell from those are noticed in the home. 3. When you arrive if you find something that needs taken care of, notify us immediately so we can address it. Not after you check out. If we don’t know about something we cannot take care of it right away. 4. Please do not disturb the other guests around you and keep the noise to a minimum. 5. When you receive your checkin/checkout information, PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY! It will save you from having to contact us for information that is already in the message. 6. Please do not burn candles in the home, no glitter, confetti, paint, dyes , children’s slime, sticky foods or drinks on the furniture or beds/bedding. If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us right away. We know accidents happen and will determine if something needs charged to the guest. 7. Please do not move large furniture around in the home. Please leave the furniture exactly where it is located. 8. WE ONLY RENT TO AGE 24 AND OVER!! 9. We cannot grant early checkins or late checkouts during peak season. We manage over 50 properties and our housekeepers need every moment between those times to make sure the units are ready on time for the next guests. We ask that you leave promptly at 10:00 am on your departure date. We will charge $20.00 for every 15 min. past the checkout time. We are sorry we have to do that, but it happened far too often last year. We appreciate your understanding on this. We do truly appreciate our guests and want you to have the best experience possible, but also protect our owners property and the importance of the time of our housekeeping teams.
